It's the perfect combination of inspiration and rejuvenation. The Gabriola Workshop 2010 - the 2nd Annual Artist's Haven is comprised of some of North America's most recognized artists nestled on the picturesque island of Gabriola off Canada's Pacific West Coast.

workshop details
Four groups of 22 will spend one day with each of the featured instructors. Plein air painting at various island locations, weather permitting. The fifth day will be spent on the Haven Resort grounds and beach front with all instructors in attendance, working with individuals and small groups. (Inside instruction is available in case weather is unsuitable.)
join Janice Robertson and her group of fellow FCA Signature artists for discussions, demos and various topics in the Phoenix Theater each evening.
plus David McEown will be the feature artist one evening presenting a slide show and talk about his many adventuresome painting trips to the Arctic and Antarctic.
and Robert Genn will be the guest artist with an evening demo and painting on Saturday.

Workshop only (6 days): $655.30 for FCA members, $705.30 for non members.
These prices include HST, a $10/day user fee, and $5/day for the all-day coffee bar.
Accommodation and Meals (6 days) at the Haven Resort range from $526.50 - $789.75 per person,

Registration starts at 9:00am, Pacific Daylight Savings Time on October 15th, 2009 by email registration only. Please email your name, address and phone number to gabriola@artists.ca. Registrations received prior to 9:00am Pacific Daylight Savings Time will not be accepted. There is a $250 non-refundable deposit by credit card due within 7 days of registration date in order to validate the applicant's registration.
