Gaye Adams was born in Saskatchewan and moved with her family to British Columbia's Lower Mainland in 1972. She has been drawing and painting since childhood; her early talent was evidenced by the receipt of several scholarships to advance her skills. She continued her art studies at Kwantlen College for two years before embarking on her own path of self expression. |

Gaye enjoys teaching and has often conducted pastel workshops; as well, she has received numerous awards at juried shows throughout Canada. She is now enjoying a growing demand for her commissioned works. Her paintings hang in private collections across Canada and the United States.
