BRENT HEIGHTON, SFCA

A deep-rooted sensitivity and respect for the metamorphosis of life has lead BRENT HEIGHTON, SFCA along the path of continuous achievement and painting expertise. His spiritual feelings are expressed mainly through the emotional contact of watermedia on paper, although he is equally accomplished in oils and illustrations. Heighton’s travels up and down North America’s West Coast are expressed in gentle woodlands, evocative florals and wonderful renditions of fishing boats. His work can be found in galleries along the length of the West Coast. The artist attended Algonquin College of Fine Arts in Ottawa, Ontario and Douglas College in Surrey, B.C., attaining credit in both fine and commercial art. Both originals and limited edition prints are sought after internationally. Heighton is admired by his peers for his dedication to work and family.
