Marija has been working as a professional artist and part-time instructor in all media and subject matter, predominantly portraits. She has been elected a Signature Member of the Pastel Society of Canada, a Signature Member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and a senior signature member of the Canadian Institute of Portrait Artists. Her works have been successfully entered in many juried exhibitions, have received awards and can be found in private and public collections in Canada and internationally.
