Signature Status

Signature Status with the FCA stands for a high level of excellence achieved by the individual artist. Benefits and responsibilities associated with Signature Status can be found in the FCA Policy Manual. There are two types of Signature Status:

 

  • Associate Membership (AFCA)
  • Senior Membership (SFCA)

Jurying for both levels of Signature Membership is done by the Selection Committee once a year. The Selection Committee meeting has taken place for 2019 and the next one is scheduled for March, 2020.

 

The deadline to submit part one of the application (list of eligible exhibitions) is likely to be February 28th, at noon. The deadline to submit part 2, the online ten-piece portfolio is February, 28th at midnight. No exceptions.

 

 The 2020 application will be made available in late 2019 and will likely be very similar to this year's sample:
