As an artist and a student of cultural anthropology, I intuitively developed layers of paint and textures on wood that create shapes suggesting the development, struggles and destruction of human cultures. There are many mysteries, as well as known truths, from Stonehenge to the atrocities of world wars, to the genocide in North America, to the war of annihilation in Syria today. I look at these as through a microscope to try to understand and see some truth.
