Call for Submission

About The 2021 NOW Exhibition:

NOW Is a forum for artists to explore key issues or personal subjects that they want to discuss through their artwork.

Last year the Federation held an exhibition about social distancing, an exhibition that explored the artist experience during the COVID lockdown. Then there was “Crisis” an exhibition scrutinizing the environmental impact we’re having on the planet.

NOW is a reaction in response to the demand we've seen for artists looking for a place to exhibit visionary work.

What issues or subjects have been hot topics this year?

What caught your attention?

What issues flew under the radar that you think people should know about?

Maybe you celebrated a personal milestone, or a community launched an initiative that inspired you.

Did something happen this year that affected your mood or outlook?

Paint it and submit it.

This is a qualifying call for submission. Acceptance into this exhibition counts as one point towards Signature Status Applications with the Federation of Canadian Artists. Learn more about Signature Membership here.
