Sometimes artwork calls for more than one medium to attain the desired effects or texture. While watercolour and ink is pretty common, I also occasionally mix acrylic paint with acrylic ink, or add eggshell, tinfoil or handmade paper to my artwork. Sometimes I get really bold and mix pastel, charcoal, ink, acrylic, and paper, fabrics or found objects, etc.
