Details for "2023 Annual General Meeting"

The Annual General Meeting and election of Directors of the Federation of Canadian Artists for the year of 2023/2024 will be held online via Zoom so all members across Canada can participate. This year we have no special resolutions to vote on so the meeting will consist solely of reports from the Board members and the Executive Director, the elections of Officers, followed by an opportunity for members to pose questions.

We encourage all members who are interested in the governance of the FCA to provide feedback and ask questions throughout the year, but if this is the most opportune time we will welcome your questions and concerns at this meeting.

In order to qualify for an elected position a member must be in good standing for a period of no fewer than 12 months prior to the meeting date. For further conditions please consult the FCA Constitution, Bylaws, and Policies available at on the Federation website: www. artists.ca.

Completing and returning a ballot is not required to attend the meeting but please feel free to do so. Please register below.
