NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Sunday April 28, 2024 starting at 11:00AM PDT
At this year’s Annual General Meeting the Board will present two resolutions to vote on, one of which is an amendment to our bylaws to comply with current legislation, and the second to change the name of two member-level designations (signature initials remain unchanged).
The meeting will also consist of reports from the Board Chair and the Interim Executive Director, approval of the 2023 financial statements, the appointment of the auditor, and election of the Board members. Following the close of the governance portion, we’ll have an opportunity to hear from the Executive Director before opening the meeting up to members’ questions.
Members in good standing are encouraged to read the information on the resolutions and board candidates below, and register to attend the AGM.

Board of Directors Election: The current Board is pleased to recommend the following slate of candidates for the 2024-2026 term. This slate has been conscientiously developed to bring a breadth of experience, skills and qualifications vital to succession planning and the successful governance of the FCA going forward.
