Description:
My artwork is influenced by a life spent exploring the landscapes of British Columbia. I’m inspired by the resilience of nature, and its ability to overcome the impacts of a world in decline.
Through my training in landscape architecture and botany, I learned of nature's “inner workings”, but my paintings are not simply a view of the landscape as a backdrop, rather, they are an exploration of their deeper meaning. I attempt to reveal a reverence for Nature, and the mysteries within its shadowy depths.
