Description:
The roots of an old growth tree reveal a traveller floating against unrelieved blackness, like a spark against the void. A glow within the innermost parts reflects the energy that animates existence, while a protrusion in the middle turns towards us as if in inquiry or observation. Everywhere is the tumultuous record of a life. Against stillness there is a sense of flow and motion. The traveller is solitary but complete in itself - a distinct individual that shares with us the mystery and tribulations of life.
