'Mind's Eye' is influenced by my meditation practice. If you look closely you will find an eye in this mixed media piece. Working on paper has created many dynamic colours, textures and images. Paper mounted to cradle board with white edges.
Notes:
The mind’s eye as part of meditation is helpful to be and stay focused. It is also extremely useful in painting as one can conceive images or recollect scenes. The ability to mentally visualize things we can not see is known as visual imagery.
