This painting is of Athabasca Falls in Jasper Park. I wanted to capture the ambiance of the sun setting over the frozen waterfalls. I wanted the colours of the sky and of the turquoise, frozen water to create a sense of peacefulness.
Location:
This piece will not be included in the physical exhibition on Granville Island but meets the quality standards of the FCA and is classified as, "Recognized Artwork."
