This painting is painting of a play of patterns. It is of a typical scene from a photo I took by the Lighthouse along the Wild Pacific Trail. The trees are covered with lichen and moss. My aim was to make you get a sensation of dampness of the rain forest in both the cool shaded section and those spots where the sun managed to shine through.
