After establishing my concept and intent, texture and method are the cornerstones for most of my work. By layering, carving and sanding modeling mediums as well as various other textured materials my work appears three-dimensional. To capture the extravagant glow and depth that I envisioned for "Extraordinary", colour and foil also played an essential role.
