"Edge" is one of my new acrylic paintings in 2021 that mark an opening in my landscape painting both in use of medium and style.
In part, these paintings have been a way for me to configure and reconfigure my connection to and relationship with nature in this second year of the pandemic; where I see nature - despite our human tendancy to want to control it - as always having the upperhand.
