Description:
I wanted to create a work that would talk about one of the changes to our society that the pandemic has brought. We have new ways of working, socializing and studying and that new behaviour has introduced a host of new vocabulary—words we all use as if they had always been here. To illustrate “Zoom Fatigue,” common amongst students, who now spend most of their lives online, I asked my daughter’s roommate to pose. On the other side of the country, under my direction, my daughter took photos with her own cell phone and then texted them to me.
