This piece ”Leaside View” reflects on our relocation three years ago from Montreal to our new home in Leaside, East York. We got married shortly afterwards, and my husband started a new job and I started a new career, changing from a research scientist to a full-time artist. This piece reflects my experience during this joyful and optimistic, unsettled and challenging, period of my life. Just like growing fruit trees from seed in my garden.
