Description:
One of the biggest threats posed by global warming has been observed frequently in the Arctic Seas when large ice sheets crumble and collapse endangering the world's coastlines with higher sea levels and endangering species such as the polar bear which depends on the ice cap to survive . Humans are similarly affected as they struggle to protect an already faltering ecosystem .. Scientists have warned that conditions of global warming will continue to increase and may soon make life on our planet no longer possible ,. My painting expresses in abstract form the way melting icebergs is affecting all forms of life on our planet..
