This painting combines the Chinese Bronze Age character "ox" and part of the real ox elements. The artist uses collage and tearing paper methods to construct an abstract sense. Patterns, horns and physical objects are cleverly blended to create the mysterious space and levels, which coincides with 2021 being the zodiac Year of the Ox.
Particularly, the painting uses positive and negative shapes (i.e., the blue ox composed of indigo blue and the white one made up of blank spaces) and trickle colours of different drops to express the abstract expression of free and full of artistic conception.
