There were calla lilies in the garden of my paradise in Turkey. I think my mother had planted them to commemorate my grandmother. When the social rift was at its peak, I returned to Turkey. A large group of locals attacked us, someone threatens to burn us alive. I had to leave the country, paradise and lilies behind. The idea that I might be able to go return one day, which I had hung onto for so long, will die.
