Governance
The Federation of Canadian Artists is a charitable non-profit society incorporated under the BC Societies Act. Charity # 11891 3920 RT0001
The Federation is governed by a Board of Directors. Each person who sits on our Board is a member and artist in their own right; some just starting out on their artistic path, others being distinguished Signature members with decades of experience.
Management of the organization is by paid full-time staff lead the Executive Director.
We make our Constitution, Bylaws, and Policy Manual, and Strategic Plan available to whomever is interested in learning more about how the Federation operates.

Standards CommitteeThe Standards Committee is comprised of Senior Federation members who have both been members and have been painting for decades. They are therefor well versed in both the policies and culture of the Federation as well as the skills and technique of paitning.
